Biography (updated Aug 05)

Hello! As a graduate of the University of California San Diego (Class of '04) I am freelancing in this bubble of energy and people called New York City. Working as a full-time graphic designer & illustrator, I have been lucky to work with some wonderful people and am currently designing for an amazing group of clients.

From illustration to graphic design to clay sculpture I am always looking to test my creative skills in varying media. Please take a look at my portfolio to view examples.

Following the trend of independence and entrapanuership, a California buddy of mine, Jen Rubin, and I have created the Buttercream Card Company. "Bringing tasty little greetings your way" in the form of cheeky greeting cards, stationary and custom cards & invitations.

So, a native Californian, I now reside in NYC with my husband Thomas. Originally from South Hampton, England, Tommy is a graduate of Columbia University, currently doing freelance writing (thebackpagesports.com & goal.com) with the aim of making a career as a travel writer. Though, as an ambitious and adventurous couple, who knows where we might be in ten years.

My Dad, Mom and two sisters are in Californ-i-a going about their own adventures. My sister Jessica, has just published her own children's book Appaloosa Pete and the Band of Wiley Wolves. Tiffany, a second year at UCSD has aims of becoming an optometrist.

Its an exciting time...life is good.
